As Associate Art Director on The Sims 4, I evolved the pre-existing art direction into a fully realized, documented visual style system adopted across world, object, and character teams. I maintained stylistic consistency throughout development by providing clear creative direction and feedback to internal and external partners, while training and guiding outsourcing teams to meet quality benchmarks and integrate seamlessly into the pipeline. Partnering with production and engineering, I helped prioritize milestone goals and influenced the development of art tools, shaders, and workflows that improved quality and team efficiency. I contributed directly to shaping the game’s cohesive look and enduring creative identity.
