I led a team of nine environment and object artists, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to maintain a high-quality visual standard throughout development. I created key environment assets and hero objects, defined technical requirements and asset guidelines, and fostered a collaborative, high-ownership team culture aligned with the Art Director’s vision.
